Desmond Foo

Desmond Foo is the Investment Director for Singapore at Leo Wealth, an independent global wealth advisor. Based in Singapore, Desmond is responsible for investment analysis and research, as well as providing technical and trade support for portfolios. He specializes in technical analysis, quantitative methodology and utilizing factor-based models in portfolio construction.

Prior to Leo Wealth, Desmond was the Investment Director at Jachin Capital, a capital markets services licensed fund manager based in Singapore, where he managed investments and developed quantitative-based portfolio and asset allocation strategies.

Desmond earned a Bachelor of Business Management (Cum Laude) with Double Majors in Finance and Economics from the Singapore Management University.
