At Leo Wealth, we are unwavering in two core principles that define us as a firm.
We are Independent
Independence means a single set of priorities, shared risk and shared return. We are an independent company owned by its employees and we endeavor to work alongside clients in everything we do.
We are a Fiduciary
The fiduciary standard is the highest standard of care in equity or law. The term fiduciary (from Latin fiduciarius, meaning “holding in trust”) means a legal or ethical relationship of trust between two or more parties. All advisors are required to adhere to a fiduciary ethic espousing the five core principles of the Fiduciary Standard:
- We must always act in the best interest of the client.
- We will act with prudence, skill, care, diligence, and good judgment.
- We will provide conspicuous, full and fair disclosure of all important facts.
- Avoid “conflicts” of interest; embrace “alignment” of interests.
- We will fully disclose and fairly manage unavoidable conflicts in the client’s best interest.
In asking clients to commit to working with us, we understand that we have to commit right back. Our commitment to clients is four-fold:
Leveraging extensive years of wealth management experience with C-level executives, entrepreneurs and ultra-affluent clients on all facets of their wealth and estate, we work to deliver that firmwide experience to each and every client interaction.
Alignment of Interest
Our clients are our business, and we work to be on their side. In all facets of our business, we dovetail our work with client desires and objectives.
Providing tranparency and open architecture in everything we do, we work with each client to make sure their bankers, consultants, lawyers and other service providers are meeting their needs.
We strive to be our client’s trusted advisor. Details are important in wealth management, and we make sure they are covered. Our ultimate goal is to save clients time and money while securing their trust.
